What we collect

One thing: what you type into the contact form. That is your name, your work email, your organization, and the description of the work you need done.

Nothing else on this site collects anything. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recorder. This site sets no cookies, which is why you have not been asked to accept any. The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so simply reading a page tells no third party that you did.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to prepare for that conversation. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing email.

Where it goes

Your inquiry is stored in our Google Cloud project and is readable only by us. When someone here is notified of a new inquiry, that notification carries the same details you submitted.

We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Verus Ventures except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as the conversation it belongs to is live, and for our own records afterwards. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

Your say over it

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to our holding it, or to receive a copy. There is no account to close and no preference centre — the whole of it is the message you sent.
